I finally took a moment to clear out the debris from my wallet. I'm one of those people who usually collect those punch cards from businesses, particularly coffee shops. You know the ones - buy ten cups o' kawfee and get ten cents off an eleventh drink. I have punch cards for seven different coffee locations. I threw one of them away because it appears to have expired - but looking at it, it seems to have expired before it was even issued to me. Either way, it's not one that I'm likely to be collecting stamps for anytime soon. Similarly, I really ought to toss the punch card I have from a coffee shack located in Vernal. But, my coffee cortex of my brain goes, what if you NEEEEED it? And so in my wallet it stays.

I expected to have considerably more coffee punch/stamp cards than I do. I thought I'd have ten. One of my cards exists in electronic form at my most-frequented shop, so I guess I have cards for seven locations, not counting the Seatle's Best card I tossed. I keep refusing a Starbucks rewards card because the Starbucks I'm most frequently at does not do rewards cards. It's the OMFG 24-HOUR STARBUCKS located in the hospital where I work. It's pretty rare that I'm at any other SB. The perky baristas offer me one, and I turn them down. Wow, I never thought that I would turn down something offered me by a perky SB barista. Did you know that several years ago I had a Thing for coffee girls the way some people have a Thing for, say, cheerleaders or teachers? Yeah.

Why do I still not have a coffee icon? I keep meaning to fix this mistake. Cupcake instead.
